We are capable of creating a custom experience that you are seeking. Let us know what you are thinking for your custom trip. Maybe a bay/sunset cruise, wildlife viewing, a cruise through San Diego Bay, or snorkeling off La Jolla. We can provide the experience that you are seeking!

The trophy of our bay trips is the California Halibut, but a variety of species include Spotted bay bass, Sand bass, Short fin Corvina, Corbina, Yellow fin croaker, rays, and sharks.

There are a variety of programs that we can focus on for these trips. We like to cater these trips to the current bight.  Common fish targeted on these trips are Rock fish, Bass, Bonita, Barracuda, and Sheephead Sculpin. With Trophy shots at Home Guard Yellow Tail and the elusive White Sea Bass.

The Islands provide Scenic views with excellent mixed bag fishing available most of the year. Yellow tail, along with the three B’s(Bass, Bonita Barracuda), are the main targets from spring to fall. All year has excellent Rock Fishing, Lingcod, and other ground fish species. An exciting part of the Islands is that you never know what will swim by, with tuna and bill fish caught every year!

Full day offshore is a 12-hour trip. This is the best opportunity to work all the tides and get the best shots of pulling on all the spices our offshore waters have to offer. Every year provides us with different opportunities, but typical species include Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, Yellow Tail, Mahi-Mahi, Bonita, Shark, Marlin, and more!

These are the trips where we put in the extra time and distance to catch some of the biggest bluefin in Southern California. These can be 12+ hour days with fish in excess of 200 lbs. We are well-equipped to battle these powerful fish with all the common tactics. We are experienced at flying the kite, trolling and casting surface lures, as well as dropping back a live bait.

Fly rod or conventional fishing, we will cruise 3-20 miles offshore and set a chum slick trying to attract some toothy swimmers. Typical sharks that we target are the Mako, Blues, and Thresher Sharks. This is a great trip for nice days to relax on the water, eat, drink, and view some nautical wildlife.

Deep drop Sword fishing is the most challenging fishery we have in Southern California, but it is also the most rewarding. We fish with a Lindgren Pitman for our buoy rod and a Shimano Beast master for our down rod. This is no joke fishery; they don’t call them the purple monsters for no reason. It’s very common for these fish to swim directly up from 1000 feet below and start jumping repeatedly. PS, some of the best eating fish to be had!

An epic lobster-hunting adventure that you’ll be talking about for years to come! Whether you’re a seasoned angler or a first-timer looking to reel in some ocean excitement, our lobster trips are the perfect mix of thrill, tradition, and mouthwatering rewards.
